Returns and Refund Policy
At Pasture to Pets, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need a replacement or a refund, we’re here to help in line with the Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please make your refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept refunds on sale items, clearance stock, or for change of mind. For safety and hygiene reasons, we also can’t accept returns on opened or used products—so please ensure the heat seal is intact before sending anything back.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please email us first at info@pasturetopets.com.au. We’ll arrange a drop-off or delivery address for you. Please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, so your refund will only cover the cost of the product, not the shipping.
After You Return Your Item
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund, and you can expect the credit to be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item.
